Populr.ai is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform currently operating in pre-launch and beta mode. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during this phase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Populr.ai or join the waitlist.

4. Waitlist & Beta Access

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta or platform access

  • Access is granted at our discretion

  • We may limit, revoke, or delay access during beta

5. Influencer Verification & AI Scoring

  • AI-generated scores are estimates, not guarantees of performance or income

  • Scores are based on available data and algorithms that may evolve

  • Populr.ai is not responsible for brand decisions made using these scores

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the platform

  • Not submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent data

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, algorithms, and platform materials belong to Populr.ai and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Populr.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for:

  • Lost income or missed opportunities

  • Brand decisions or campaign outcomes

  • Temporary unavailability or errors during beta

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Populr.ai at any time if these terms are violated.
